50% deposit to confirm reservation. Taxes and assessments totalling 12%
will be added to all lodging charges. CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUND; if 60 days or less, deposit is forfeited. ; if more than 60 days, deposit can be applied to future reservation for up to 3 years. NO CASH REFUNDS Some Cottages do not have
air conditioning, though usually not a problem. Fans are provided.
Pets allowed in Lakeview, Rexwood Cottages and Dollhouses 1 and 2 only. $25 per night per pet. Linens are supplied, (exchanges upon request) but there is add'l fees for housekeeping.
When bringing a boat, slip and mooring reservations are required. $1.50
per foot, per night with $15 per night minimum. These fees also apply to storing craft on beach. Assigned area required.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITIED INSIDE BUILDINGS. A $100 fine for smoking in your
room. Rates subject to change.
